Record Numbers of Victorians Killed On the Road Found Without Seatbelt

New data has revealed almost one in four Victorians killed on the state’s roads in 2021 were not wearing seatbelts, the highest figure in almost a decade.

In 2021 35 people died while not wearing a seatbelt, well above the five year average of 25.
